In this lesson you will learn about the skills to deliver an excellent customer service, how to create an effective and enticing buying environment and how to create and maintain rapport with customers.
Lesson 4: Handling Customer Complaints
In this lesson you will understand the importance of the feedback received from customer complaints, how to document the complaints and the correct approach to dealing with customer complaints, including follow-up actions.
