What you’ll experience
In this course, you will learn up to date health guidelines, policies and procedures to assist and support ageing individuals in a home setting, in a community or in a registered home care facility. Upon completion of this comprehensive package of 7 modules, you will have the tools and knowledge to provide quality assistance for older people, care for their needs and be part of their support system to maintain independence and physical and emotional well-being.
Every module consists of relevant and purposeful instructional text, images and ‘check for understanding’ sections at the end of each segment. Learners progress through each section in order and at their own pace. The content can be reviewed and revisited when needed.
