What you’ll experience
This 5-section unit covers the delivery and facilitation of training for groups or individuals through interactive content. You will learn to successfully plan, organise, and deliver training, based on accredited and predetermined learning programs. You will also learn where to access accredited course resources and how to read and interpret learning programs to determine and plan the delivery of training. Upon completion you will know how to use available information and documentation to identify group and individual learning needs, identify learners’ characteristics and to plan accordingly to ensure positive learning outcomes.
This comprehensive course equips you with valuable, ‘industry-based’ knowledge and tools in an engaging way. Learners can advance at their own pace and implement new skills actively at work. Every module consists of instructional text and ‘check for understanding’ sections at the end of each segment.
