In this module you will learn the importance of having and encouraging interpersonal skills at work, to enable a positive work environment and maintain efficient workflow. You will understand different ways in which interpersonal skills affect the workplace and implement techniques and strategies to enhance effective communication at work.
The content of this module includes theories that explain how people are motivated, so you can have tools to guide your team to set goals and achieve performance levels that will promote individual and team motivation. You will also learn ways to improve motivation levels through positive performance management, delegating tasks and understand unmotivated employees.
This telephone skills module will provide your staff with the skills they need to handle all phone calls professionally. These effective and practical tools will ensure that a positive image of your organisation is reinforced and strengthened with every conversation. Excellent customer service over the phone is an integral part of building rapport, customer trust, and is a vital asset in your company.
This practical module will guide you with tips and information to ensure you have a successful job interview. You will understand the importance of researching the company and interviewers, as well as to prepare and practise common asked questions. Some of the topics covered are dressing appropriately, interview etiquette and body language, and the importance of a well-managed post-interview process.

In this module you will learn how to develop your persuasive presentation skills by understanding the communication process to achieve clearer and more purposeful communication abilities. You will be able to amplify the value of your performance by improving your presentation style, plan the content better and interact with different audiences.
This course describes the skills and knowledge required to work effectively within a commercial or business environment. It includes identifying the rights and responsibilities of employees and employers and conducting business in accordance with the organisational goals, values and standards. At the end of this module, you will be able to understand organisational requirements that include complying with duty of care, legal responsibilities and understanding workers’ and employers.
This module aims to improve your business document writing skills by introducing you to basic genres of business writing and the writing process. You will learn the different types of business documents, appropriate formatting, the nuances around communicating and vocabulary. You will also learn appropriate ways to communicate through emails and chats and how to plan and outline a business document.
